Some days their food is decent, but that is only when you get it FRESH. On a great day I would give Krystal a 4 star review. Would I go out of my way to eat here? Definitely not. It really is about a 3.5 on a scale of 5. They do have a covered sitting area and they only take cash or checks. Flavor was pretty good but the dryness was a little too much to overcome. The ribs and brisket were dry for my taste and the BBQ sauce was extremely runny so it didn't help at least for me. The turkey was cut very thin and reminded me of sliced meat you can get at the local grocery store although it did taste better.

It was a little difficult to tear the meat off the bones and make a sandwich out of it. The rib sandwich was actually three ribs on a bun with smaller bones. The rib sandwich was $8+ while the turkey was about $5 and I can't remember the cost of the brisket. We had the turkey sandwich, chopped brisket sandwich and rib sandwich. They are only open Wednesday thru Saturday as well. Happened to stop by here on the first day (Jan 19) they opened after being closed for a period of time-i imagine it was closed for the holidays. This is the worst and most stressful experience i have ever had at any fast food restaurant. I don't know if something was put in it, but we both have been sick for 6 hours. The food me and my lady split ended up making us both vomit our brains out. It will tell you that you have a reward or offer, but as soon as you go to use it. They forgot like half my order and this manager lady said they cannot refund it. This lady was yelling at me and saying they are shutting down for the night. The line was horrifically long so i parked out front and turned my hazards on (Told to do so by the APP).

I placed an order for curbside pickup and arrived when it said my food was done and ready to be brought to my car. I am not quite sure if this was the manager or team leader, but she was extremely rude tonight.
